Check the agreement that applies to you
A public supplier page or notice may differ from your negotiated price, legacy plan, discount, location, quantity, renewal cycle or contract wording. Before acting, check the linked source, your current agreement and any notice sent directly to your business. Ask the supplier or an appropriate adviser where the consequence matters.
Coverage has limits
Contratallia does not cover every supplier, product, clause or change. Sources can be unavailable, restricted, delayed or ambiguous. The absence of a record is not evidence that no change happened. A coverage gap should be shown as a gap, not as an all-clear.
The current real catalogue contains supplier, product and source metadata. It does not claim a verified historical change feed. A real change should appear only after separate before-and-after observations, source and rights checks, review and a correction path.
Dates, confidence and impact
An observation date says when Contratallia checked evidence. An announcement or effective date says what the evidence reports. Neither guarantees when a supplier first changed a page or when the change applies to your agreement. Confidence and materiality are review aids, not certainty or a forecast of your financial outcome.
Illustrative product story
The guided product story uses invented prices, dates and consequences to explain the workflow. It is labelled illustrative and does not attribute a change to Sage, Stripe, BT Business or another supplier whose mark helps users choose a scenario.
Independent service
Contratallia is not presented as part of, sponsored by or endorsed by the suppliers it covers. Supplier names, logos and marks identify their products and remain the property of their respective owners. A link to an external page is evidence routing, not an endorsement of that page or a promise that it will remain available.
Corrections and responsibility
Good evidence can still be incomplete or wrong. Contratallia is designed to record challenges, recheck sources and preserve a correction trail. The public contact and urgent correction route must exist before real change records are released.
