Complete content, not yet a final public notice
The product behaviour is described below. These remaining facts must be supplied and verified before this page is treated as final:
- Complete qualified legal review of these free website-use rules, including the governing law, courts, termination and responsibility wording.
- Publish a Contratallia-specific support, correction and complaint contact before public activation.
- If paid access ever opens, publish new terms that identify the contracting operator before any price, trial, subscription, renewal or payment begins.
1. What these terms cover
These are proposed website-use rules for browsing Contratallia and, once enabled, using a free account to follow suppliers, record renewal information and request supplier-specific updates. No company, sole-trader business, trading-as identity or separate legal or commercial operator currently offers Contratallia, and there is no paid contract. Privacy names the individual responsible for personal data in that data-controller capacity only.
2. What Contratallia provides
Contratallia organises independently written, dated and sourced information about changes to recurring business suppliers across software, payments and connectivity. It is designed to show what changed, where the evidence came from and what a business may want to check next.
Coverage is selective, not exhaustive. A supplier, product, source, date or change can be missing, delayed, unavailable or held from publication. A missing record does not mean nothing changed.
3. Free access and accounts
The current offer is free. Contratallia does not display a price, take payment, begin a paid trial or create an automatic renewal. Features built for a possible later paid service remain locked.
Public browsing does not require an account. The anonymous My suppliers workspace can remember up to 100 suppliers in one browser and expires 365 days after its last successful change; that ceiling protects the free service from automated abuse rather than selling access to basic facts. You can delete the workspace at any time. When accounts open, you must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in link and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
4. Fair and lawful use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within your authority.
- Do not try to defeat security, access controls, rate limits or feature gates.
- Do not introduce malware, probe another user's workspace or use the service to harm a person or supplier.
- Do not present Contratallia records as your own verified source or remove source, correction or uncertainty information.
- Do not use automated access in a way that degrades the service or ignores a documented interface and its limits.
5. Evidence, corrections and your own agreement
A record describes the evidence available to Contratallia; it does not rewrite your supplier agreement. You remain responsible for checking the current supplier source and the terms, notice dates, discounts, quantities and exceptions that apply to you before acting.
Contratallia may hold, correct, replace or remove a record where evidence, rights, safety or fairness requires it. A material correction should retain a visible trail rather than quietly changing history.
6. Material you submit
Submission is not active. Before it opens, the applicable terms must identify the person or entity receiving the limited permission needed to check submitted material, preserve evidence, create an independent factual record and handle a correction or dispute. A submitter must have the right to provide the material and must not include unnecessary personal, confidential or unlawful content. Ownership of the original material would stay with the submitter or its owner.
7. Contratallia and supplier rights
The Contratallia name, interface, independent writing, structure and software are protected by their applicable rights. Supplier names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services being discussed. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, approval or partnership.
Links lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Contratallia does not control their availability or content.
8. Availability and changes to the service
Contratallia may change, pause or withdraw a feature to protect users, sources, evidence integrity or the service. It does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular source's continued availability. Important changes to these terms will be dated and communicated in a proportionate way.
9. Suspension and leaving
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate security, abuse, legal risk or a serious breach of these terms. A live account service must provide a clear way to close an account and explain what is deleted, retained or anonymised. That process is a launch requirement, not a feature claimed today.
10. Responsibility
Contratallia is an information and workflow service, not a substitute for professional advice or the user's own contract checks. Qualified review must settle the responsibility wording for the actual free service before public activation. Nothing in these rules is intended to exclude or limit responsibility where the law does not allow that result, including responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Law, disputes and contact
There is no contracting operator or paid contract today. The governing law, courts and formal support route still require qualified review before public activation. If monetisation opens, new terms must identify the future contracting operator before a paid relationship begins. Users must have a clear first route for support or complaints without losing any right to use a court or regulator that applies to them.
Supplier changes, dated and sourced.
